Overview

As a Senior Healthcare Informatics Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping strategic decisions by producing high-impact reporting and analysis across financial, claims, medical management, quality, and risk domains. This role will collaborate with other business and clinical leaders to design, develop and implement data solutions to support reporting and analytics.   • Starting pay range of $83,800 to $104,800 based on skills and experience with a robust benefits package  

Responsibilities

  • Consult with teams across the business to understand their needs, gather requirements, and design actionable data solutions  

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, SQL, Business Objects, MedInsight, SnowFlake, etc. to meet customer needs  

  • Create visual reports and presentations that convey results or trends clearly and effectively  

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and recommend new ways data can add value and improve processes  

  • Collect, manipulate, and analyze data, draw accurate inferences, and present findings 

  • Draft and revise reports and policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance  

  • Test and validate reports and data structures with other analysts or technical experts to address issues and refine 

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis and automation 

  • Provide expertise and support on project teams, especially during planning and testing stages  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience with business intelligence/analytics tools  

  • OR Associate’s degree with 7+ years of experience with business intelligence/analytics tools 

  • OR High School equivalency with 10+ years of experience with business intelligence/analytics tools  

  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI  

 

  

Hardware and equipment will be provided by the company, but candidates must have access to high-speed, non-satellite Internet to successfully work from home.
