Senior Business Analyst - Web Portals

The Senior Business Analyst – Web Portals will partner with business and technology teams to deliver innovative, user-centered solutions across complex web-based applications and enterprise systems.

The Senior Business Analyst will:

• Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and improve end-to-end user experiences
• Lead requirements and solution design for complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Act as a bridge between business, development, and vendors to ensure successful delivery
• Support production systems by troubleshooting issues and driving resolution

• Starting salary is based upon skills and experience: $91,100 - $113,900 plus robust benefits package

• Partners with the business to define and document processes and software requirements for technology initiatives.
• Serves as the primary liaison between business teams, development teams, vendors, and architects to ensure alignment from concept through delivery.
• Leads the requirements definition and solution shaping for complex, cross-functional initiatives with significant scope and impact, while adhering to change management and compliance standards.
• Provides production support by assisting with issue triage, root-cause analysis, impact assessment, and coordination with business and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of production issues.
• Stays current with evolving business and system analysis techniques and tools, including awareness and appropriate use of AI-enabled analysis and automation capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of advanced experience in supporting web-based applications and enterprise platforms, including requirements definition, configuration, testing, and production support
  • OR associate degree with 7+ years of advanced experience in supporting web-based applications and enterprise platforms, including requirements definition, configuration, testing, and production support
  • OR high school equivalent with 10+ years of advanced experience in supporting web-based applications and enterprise platforms, including requirements definition, configuration, testing, and production support
• Must have experiences:
  • Experience supporting web-based applications and enterprise systems
  • Epic software applications: MyChart and/or TapestryLink
  • Software configuration and perform functional and user acceptance testing, understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Proficiency with business and system analysis and delivery tools such as MS Office, SQL, ServiceNow, Visio, Jira, Confluence
  • Healthcare industry experience
• In-depth knowledge and advanced experience in one or more business areas, how it integrates with other areas and how they contribute to the company’s success
• Ability to understand and discuss technical software issues with others
• Ability and willingness to learn new software, systems, and workflows and obtain certifications as requested
• Ability to problem solve and apply analytical thinking skills; good judgment of which ideas and suggestions will work
• Demonstrates professionalism in all communication including discussion of technical software issues with across organization up to leadership/executive team
• Strong interactive skills and ability to establish rapport with co-workers and vendors
• Inquisitive and seek answers to complex questions
• Manages multiple projects simultaneously and completes timely
